I provide a Different Kind of Therapy. Over the years, I have learned the importance of blending neuroscience and psychotherapy. My clients have experienced the benefits of mind and body awareness. How do our bodies respond in certain situations? How do we even begin to identify changes? By learning physiological responses to what are known as "triggers," and understanding neuroscience, we will work together to establish tools and strategies to help maintain a healthier control over old and new patterns. I know how difficult it is to reach out to a provider. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable and safe to begin this process together because it can be life changing.
